Digital Assessment of Cognitive Health in Outpatient Primary Care: Usability Study

The objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility and impact of screening for cognitive impairment in an outpatient, primary care setting using the Linus Health CCE. Participants for this study were recruited from the Benedict Adult Primary Care Clinic at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Eligible patients were identified through a list of upcoming visits generated from the electronic health record system (Epic Systems).
