A Digital Mental Health Solution to Improve Social, Emotional, and Learning Skills for Youth: Protocol for an Efficacy and Usability Study

Around 32% of US teenagers are diagnosed with anxiety, and 12% with depression. More than 4 in 10 (42%) students reported feeling persistently sad or hopeless, signifying a significant prevalence of emotional distress among adolescents. Furthermore, nearly one-third (29%) of high school students reported experiencing poor mental health, reflecting a concerning trend that demands immediate attention and intervention.
