Development of an Artificial Intelligence–Based Tailored Mobile Intervention for Nurse Burnout: Single-Arm Trial

Development of an Artificial Intelligence–Based Tailored Mobile Intervention for Nurse Burnout: Single-Arm Trial

Therefore, a similar system could be used to provide a tailored program for nurse burnout. Nurses’ burnout is influenced by various factors, such as their demographic and job-related characteristics [20-22]. Burnout patterns differ depending on coping strategies, whether working night shifts, working at a tertiary hospital, age, and department [23-25].

The Temperature Feature of ChatGPT: Modifying Creativity for Clinical Research

The Temperature Feature of ChatGPT: Modifying Creativity for Clinical Research

By accounting for temperature, large language models such as Chat GPT can be tailored for different use cases. Lowering Chat GPT’s creativity level would be preferable for tasks that require more consistent outputs; for clinicians and researchers, tasks of this sort may include summarizing patient data (eg, symptoms and medications) or streamlining administrative tasks (eg, billing inquiries and patient registrations).

User Experience and Effects of an Individually Tailored Transdiagnostic Internet-Based and Mobile-Supported Intervention for Anxiety Disorders: Mixed-Methods Study

User Experience and Effects of an Individually Tailored Transdiagnostic Internet-Based and Mobile-Supported Intervention for Anxiety Disorders: Mixed-Methods Study

To the best of our knowledge, no meta-analytic review exists on the sole effect of tailoring; however, meta-analytic evidence proposes that transdiagnostic and individual tailored approaches are promising when dealing with comorbidity with medium to large effect sizes for anxiety (g=0.82) and depression: (g=0.79) [27].

Dissemination and Effectiveness of the Peer Marketing and Messaging of a Web-Assisted Tobacco Intervention: Protocol for a Hybrid Effectiveness Trial

Dissemination and Effectiveness of the Peer Marketing and Messaging of a Web-Assisted Tobacco Intervention: Protocol for a Hybrid Effectiveness Trial

Because of feedback from PCORI and peer review, we expanded our study to also test the effectiveness of a machine learning–based approach (recommender system) for computer-tailored health communication (CTHC). Thus, our project is a hybrid effectiveness dissemination trial including both effectiveness and dissemination hypotheses (Textbox 1). Conducting a hybrid study with both effectiveness and dissemination hypotheses raises some unique challenges in the design and analysis of our study.

A Tailored Web-Based Intervention to Improve Parenting Risk and Protective Factors for Adolescent Depression and Anxiety Problems: Postintervention Findings From a Randomized Controlled Trial

A Tailored Web-Based Intervention to Improve Parenting Risk and Protective Factors for Adolescent Depression and Anxiety Problems: Postintervention Findings From a Randomized Controlled Trial

The Internet has become a popular source of information on parenting and child mental health among parents [2,23], and a recent survey found that the idea of a tailored online parenting program for parents of adolescents was viewed favorably [24]. Moreover, implementation fidelity is guaranteed by the computerized delivery of a well-designed and well-maintained program [25].

Partners in Parenting: A Multi-Level Web-Based Approach to Support Parents in Prevention and Early Intervention for Adolescent Depression and Anxiety

Partners in Parenting: A Multi-Level Web-Based Approach to Support Parents in Prevention and Early Intervention for Adolescent Depression and Anxiety

Importantly, a tailored Web-based intervention provides some personalization of the program for the parent without requiring the costly involvement of trained professionals, hence increasing the intervention’s perceived relevance [57], effectiveness [58], and potential for scalability and sustainability [57].
