Interviews were conducted by 2 trained research assistants (Terriann Nicholson and Sapna Mendon-Plasek) via Web Ex (Cisco) and were audio-recorded. Interviews lasted approximately 30 minutes, and On Track NY participants were compensated US $25. Clinicians were not compensated. Brief semistructured interview guides were used for participants and clinicians.
