As shown in Tables 1 and 2, a proportionate formula: n=[Pi×(n/p)] was used to determine a minimum sample size of nursing students per training institution and their program, respectively, whereas ni is the proportional sample size, Pi is the total targeted population, n is the number of nursing students, and P is the minimum sample size of the study.

The intervention arms had significantly lower odds of developing a COPD exacerbation in both the GP (with an adjusted OR of 0.20 (95% CI 0.06-0.61; P=.005) and hospital (OR 0.26, 95% CI 0.07-0.99; P=.049 and OR 0.18, 95% CI 0.04-0.78, P=.02) setting compared with the control arm (Table 4). The probability of developing a COPD exacerbation for participants with severe severity is 6.55 times significantly higher than for participants with moderate severity, with P=.009 (Table 4).

Consumer-Grade Neurofeedback With Mindfulness Meditation: Meta-Analysis
We conducted 2 different approaches, trim-and-fill, which corrects for publication bias in small samples, and 3-parameter selection models which explicitly model the proportion of studies below a p-threshold. We considered applying p-curve approaches, but they require at least 3 significant findings which was not the case for multiple models.
A PRISMA flow diagram is shown in Figure 2 (PRISMA checklist provided in Multimedia Appendix 2).

Leveraging Datathons to Teach AI in Undergraduate Medical Education: Case Study
As expected, participant familiarity with Git Hub/Gitlab and Microsoft Excel did not significantly change before and after the datathon (Git Hub/Gitlab: P=.92; Microsoft Excel: P=1.00; pairwise Fisher exact test).
