Lee with permission from the original author. The Korean version of the SC-CII is downloadable from a website [37]. The SC-CII measures three domains of self-care: self-care maintenance (8 items), self-care monitoring (5 items), and self-care management (7 items). Each item was scored using a 5-point Likert scale (1=never or not likely, 5=always or very likely) with total scores ranging from 0 to 100.
