Individuals also needed to have the ability to make and receive phone calls and text messages; have access to a desktop computer with video teleconferencing and a reliable internet connection, which were required to access the intervention and complete the study procedures; and be motivated to use a daily coaching program, as assessed by self-reported willingness (on a 5-point scale from extremely willing to not at all willing) to participate in the virtual cognitive training coaching program.
